Day One: Arrival and City Tour

  • Arrive at Lebanon International Airport. Take a ride to Syria (1hrs and 30mins)

  • Check-in to your hotel in Damascus.

  • In the evening, take a leisurely walk around the Old City of Damascus and explore the bustling markets, such as Souk Al-Hamidiyah. Visit the Umayyad Mosque, one of the most significant religious sites in the city.

  • Return back to hotel. Lunch and dinner will be decided later with our guide.

Day Two: Tour Damascus

  • Explore the Azem Palace, an exquisite example of Ottoman architecture.

  • Continue your exploration with a visit to the National Museum of Damascus to learn about Syria’s rich history and culture.

  • Spend your morning at the Damascus Citadel, offering panoramic views of the city.

  • Have lunch at a local restaurant.

  • Visit the Mausoleum of Saladin, a revered historical site.

  • Return back to hotel. Lunch and dinner will be decided later with our guide.

Day Three: Tour Damascus

 

  • Start your day with a visit to Tishreen Park, a beautiful green space in Damascus. You can take a leisurely walk, have a picnic, or simply relax in the park’s serene surroundings.

  • Explore the modern side of Damascus by visiting areas like New Damascus and Muhajareen Street. These areas offer a glimpse into contemporary life in the city, with modern architecture, shopping malls, and vibrant street scenes.

  • After spending some time in Tishreen Park, head to Al-Hamra Street, a popular shopping district known for its boutiques, shops, and cafes. It’s an excellent place to pick up souvenirs and enjoy the local atmosphere.

  • Return back to hotel. Lunch and dinner will be decided later with our guide.

DAYS 4 – 8

Latakia

Day Five: Check in Latakia

  • Check out of your Damascus hotel and travel to Latakia, which is around a 3-4 hour drive.

  • Check-in to your hotel in Latakia.

  • Relax at Latakia’s Corniche and enjoy the Mediterranean Sea views.

  • Return back to hotel. Lunch and dinner will be decided later with our guide.

Day Six: Tartus Tour

  • After breakfast in Latakia, set out for a day trip to Tartus, which is about a 30-45 minute drive from Latakia.

  • Visit the historical sites in Tartus, such as the Tartus Citadel, which offers picturesque views of the city and the Mediterranean Sea.

  • Explore the Old City area, including the Tartus Souk, where you can shop for local crafts and souvenirs.

  • Spend some time relaxing on the beaches of Tartus, like Safita Beach or Ras el Bassit Beach.

  • Return back to hotel. Lunch and dinner will be decided later with our guide.

Day Seven: Latakia Exploration

  • Visit the Saladin Citadel of Latakia, an ancient fortress with historical significance.

  • Explore the Archaeological Museum of Latakia to learn about the region’s history.

  • Have lunch at a local restaurant.

  • Take a leisurely walk around the city, enjoying its laid-back atmosphere and coastal charm.

Day Eight: Transfer to Airport

  • Depending on your departure time, you may have some free time for last-minute activities or shopping.

  • Check out of your hotel in Latakia.

  • Transfer to Lebanon to take flight back to KUL
